Act as a technical reference and mentor Capital Empresarial Horizonte Empresa Mexicana, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: ServiceNow Developer Conversational English required Hybrid work arrangement (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) To work in Guadalajara, CDMX, Monterrey, or Querétaro · Requirements Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Solutions Engineer in large-scale projects. Expertise in the ServiceNow HR module and its core functionalities. Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, and client scripting. Experience developing integrations and process automation. Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. · Responsibilities Design and develop customized solutions within the HR Service Delivery Module of ServiceNow. Implement and maintain complex scripts, business rules, and client scripts to ensure efficient and scalable processes. Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Support platform and additional module configuration according to project needs. Ensure quality, security, and performance of developed applications. Document processes, configurations, and developments to facilitate knowledge management.
