Job Objective Conduct candidate sourcing, selection, and follow-up according to the company’s required profiles, ensuring timely coverage and efficient recruitment processes. Main Responsibilities Posting job openings across various job boards and social media platforms. Operational and mass recruitment. Screening and analysis of candidate profiles. Candidate follow-up throughout the entire hiring process. Management and updating of databases. Support and follow-up for internal and external clients. Timely and effective job vacancy coverage. Preparation of recruitment reports and metrics. Required Profile Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. Experience with operational profiles and mass recruitment. Proficiency in job boards and social media platforms. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proactivity and self-management capability. Attention to detail and results orientation. Competencies Goal-oriented work. Tracking and organization.
