MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Administration of payroll calculation for all types (attendance incidents, accounts receivable, billing, INFONAVIT/FONACOT loans, taxes, electronic stamping, accumulations, and reports). Requesting invoices via AP FACTURA system. Requesting submission of social security movement records to the relevant department. Requesting submission of payroll layouts to the Treasury Department or directly to clients in payroll outsourcing cases, using either AP FACTURA or Sicoss software. Requesting bank account setup from the Treasury Department. Delivery of deliverables to clients, including monthly payroll accumulations, biweekly or weekly payroll calculations, and accounting vouchers. Performing preliminary electronic stamping (timbrado) processes before issuing fiscal receipts to the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service). Submitting electronic stamps (timbres) for workers under various schemes (productivity, union, assimilated). Drafting individual employment contracts and employee files. Maintaining control over INFONAVIT–FONACOT amortization deductions (reconciliation vs. payroll). Collecting payment for each invoice issued to the client. Providing courteous support to employees (payroll clarifications, delivery of cards [vouchers/payroll], checks, SIT documents, contract printing and renewals). Client support (calendars, delivery of attendance slips / authorized hiring forms, cash disbursement [e.g., SPIFF payments] if applicable, incident report delivery). JOB PROFILE REQUIREMENTS CANDIDATE PROFILE Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration. Basic/Intermediate English EXPERIENCE 1–2 years executing the full payroll calculation and personnel administration process. Experience interacting with major clients.
