REQUIREMENTS - Education: Completed High School - Availability of time - 1–2 years of verifiable experience in similar positions - Response to risk situations KNOWLEDGE - Telephone customer service and assistance - GPS and CCTV platforms - Coordination with various authorities and government agencies - Alarm response (theft, intrusion, speeding, etc.) - Case tracking - Emergency protocols ACTIVITIES - Monitoring and personalized user support - Response to panic button activation - Alarms (residential, GPS, theft, etc.) - Reporting equipment failures and errors for users - Maintaining logs during service - Following emergency procedures and protocols - Coordinating telephone support with local and federal government agencies. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 1 year of experience Keywords: monitoring operator, video surveillance, closed-circuit television
