The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency in operating machinery, as well as a proactive attitude and commitment to final product quality. Main Responsibilities • Operate and adjust pouch bagging machines and/or extruders according to the operation manual. • Execute the production schedule and monitor process parameters. • Verify machine conditions before startup and during operation. • Maintain production records and reports, and supervise the machine operator assistant. Requirements • Completed secondary education. • Minimum 6 months’ experience as a pouch bagging machine operator, side-seal machine operator, or bottom-seal machine operator. • Availability to rotate shifts.
