Job Summary: Support food preparation, cooking, and cleaning maintenance in industrial dining facilities, following hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in food preparation and cooking 2. Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of work areas 3. Comply with hygiene and food safety standards Leading industrial dining company seeks a KITCHEN ASSISTANT to work in Ixtlahuaca. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in pre-preparation of food (washing, disinfection, chopping, and portioning). • Support dish preparation under the chef's supervision. • Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment. • Comply with hygiene and food safety standards (NOM-251, DISTINTIVO H). • Assist in inventory control and report shortages or spoiled items. • Properly wear uniform and personal protective equipment. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum education: Completed elementary or junior high school. • Experience: Preferably 6 months to 1 year in kitchen or industrial dining (hospital dining preferred). • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. • Availability to work flexible hours. • Good physical condition for operational work.
