Floor Sales Associate (Part-Time) – Premium Coffee Boutique Objective: To serve as the brand ambassador within the boutique, delivering a premium customer experience, advising customers on high-end products such as coffee, machines, and accessories, ensuring personalized service and achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities: Welcome customers and advise them on brand products and services. Identify customer needs to recommend capsules, machines, and accessories. Register new customers in the system and present club benefits. Provide personalized attention and follow-up to deliver a premium shopping experience. Handle cash register operations and process payments via various payment methods. Maintain the boutique organized, clean, and with proper product display. Assist with basic troubleshooting guidance for machines and route customers to after-sales service. Requirements: Education: Completed high school diploma 1–2 years of experience in sales and customer service (preferably in retail or premium brands). Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent service attitude and communication skills. Results-oriented with attention to detail. Availability to work rotating shifts.
