Customer Service and Sales Executive (Dermocosmetic Industry)** Location: Juárez Neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc Borough, CDMX (within walking distance of Hamburgo Metrobús and Insurgentes Metro stations). Your Mission: You will represent our brand’s identity and values, efficiently manage branch operations, and ensure every customer receives a high-end shopping experience in our excellent facilities—designed to support your optimal performance. What We Look for in You: * **Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete higher education.** * **Experience: The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in counter sales, customer service—commercial setting—or as a branch manager.** * **Plus: Experience in department stores is desirable.** * **Documentation: Employment verification letters from your most recent job are required.** * **Skills: Excellent verbal fluency, organizational ability, and full commitment to achieving goals.** * **Attitude: Customer-service orientation and proactivity.** Your Main Responsibilities: * **In-branch sales and customer service.** * **Specialized advisory services and sales closing (customer approach and needs assessment).** * **Cash handling (collections, cash counts, and daily closings).** * **Inventory control (goods receipt, labeling, and strategic placement).** * **Premium customer service and resolution of inquiries.** Our Offer to You: * **Base salary: $13,000 gross monthly (weekly payroll payments).** * **Food vouchers: Additional $1,300 per month.** * **Bonuses: Variable compensation based on sales performance.** * **Enhanced year-end bonus: 30 days’ salary!** * **Additional benefits: Uniforms, brand product discounts, and statutory benefits.** * **Employment type: Direct hire by the company.** **Work Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday: 09:00–18:00 hrs (with 1-hour lunch break).** * **Saturday: 10:00–14:00 hrs.** * **Sunday: Day off!** Are you interested in this challenge?
