Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller with experience in auditing, leading accounting teams, and expertise in accounting standards for a multinational technology company. Key Highlights: 1. Lead accounting, tax, treasury, and accounts receivable teams. 2. Ensure compliance with corporate and local regulations. 3. Drive transformation of the areas under their responsibility. Our client is a U.S.-based company with offices in CDMX (Interlomas), operating in the Technology sector, actively seeking top talent in internal audit and controller functions. If you have worked with one of the Big 4 audit firms, possess strong English proficiency, and have led an accounting, tax, treasury, and accounts receivable team, this multinational company offers an excellent opportunity. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, etc., duly certified. Specialization or master's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of prior experience at an international audit firm, with solid knowledge of local accounting standards and US GAAP, taxation, treasury, billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. English – Advanced Familiarity with accounting and audit processes within a multinational corporation. ERP system experience. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee Accounting, Tax, Billing, Collections, and Treasury. • Liaise with Business Unit Managers. • Ensure tax and regulatory compliance. • Guarantee adherence to corporate and local processes and regulations. • Monitor budgetary compliance. • Support and drive transformation of the areas under their responsibility. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: between 28 and 45 years Knowledge: Commitment, Integrity, Leadership, Responsibility, Analytical Skills, Effective Communication Keywords: accountant, paymaster, controller, accountant, billing clerk, treasurer, bookkeeper
