Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Content Manager to lead social media content strategy, aligning each piece with business objectives and building brand equity. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a Senior Content Manager who will lead social media content strategy, ensuring every piece aligns with business goals, builds brand equity, and culturally resonates with relevant audiences. This role is pivotal in translating data, insights, and trends into strategic, consistent, and high-impact content within a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented environment. · Responsibilities: Define and lead the social media content calendar aligned with brand and performance objectives. Establish and optimize content frequency per channel (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Identify relevant trends, audience insights, and communication opportunities. Ensure tone, narrative, and messaging consistency across all digital channels. Oversee proper content scheduling, execution, and quality assurance. Collaborate on brand and content strategy development. Present proposals, strategies, and results to clients in an executive manner. Requirements: +2 years of experience in roles such as Content Manager / Social Media Manager. Advanced English (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field. Strong understanding of digital platforms and their dynamics. Strategic thinking focused on content and performance. Experience analyzing trends and audience behavior. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
