Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst to track customer requirements and manage technical analysis processes in software development projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer requirement analysis and documentation. 2. Support throughout the agile development process. 3. Conduct process diagnosis and documentation using BPMN / EPC tools. Support the agile development process. Map IT processes. Document processes and rules for each project. Perform diagnosis, definition, redefinition, and documentation of processes using BPMN / EPC tools. Model and diagram processes according to client-defined standards.
