Job Summary: Grupo Autofin México is seeking a Senior Operational Developer to design, administer, and scale microservice architectures, optimize resources, and ensure application resilience. Optimization of resource consumption and application resilience **Grupo Autofin Mexico**, a Mexican organization and leader in mobility, financial, and tourism solutions, with presence in Mexico and the United States: IS SEEKING: **SENIOR OPERATIONAL DEVELOPER** Location: **Benito Juárez** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineer in Systems, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or Computing (degree required) * 3\-5 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of DevOps principles and culture, microservice architecture, observability and proactive monitoring, application containerization and orchestration, automation and CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) automation, application integration with databases, containers and orchestration using Docker / Kubernetes. * Intermediate/Technical English. * On-site/Hybrid mode after the first 3 months. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, administer, and scale microservice architectures using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments. * Optimize cluster resource consumption and ensure resilience of deployed applications. * Create, maintain, and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle. * Implement observability tools (logs, metrics, traces) to monitor the performance of containers, databases, and infrastructure. * Design and maintain infrastructure using version-controlled code. * Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines. * Design solutions that support partial failures without impacting business operations. * Ensure consistency across applications, databases, and clusters. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Positive work environment * 100% IMSS contributions **Join our team — apply now** through this channel or send your CV via **WhatsApp 55 16 35 79 53**, and we will contact you.
