Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection * Preferred experience in operational recruitment for restaurants * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * Proficiency in job boards and social media * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proactive, responsible, and able to work with a sense of urgency Responsibilities: * Posting job openings on various platforms * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff * Conducting initial interviews and candidate follow-up * Coordinating onboarding and hiring processes * Monitoring vacancy coverage * Providing support in HR administrative activities We Offer: * Monthly net salary ranging from $12,000 to $15,000, depending on experience * Statutory benefits * Free cafeteria service * Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
