Let your passion for technology drive you! * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience administering Linux servers in production. We need an expert! * **Linux distribution expertise:** Feel right at home with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS, and Ubuntu Server or Debian! * **Service administration:** Expert-level proficiency with systemctl and service management. Nothing escapes your attention! * **User and permission management:** Full control over users, groups, and permissions. Security comes first! * **Advanced troubleshooting:** You’re the detective of issues! Ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents. * **Storage and LVM:** Solid hands-on experience managing storage and Logical Volume Management (LVM). Disks will never let you down! * **Patch application:** Experience applying patches safely and efficiently in production environments. Keeping everything up to date! * **Critical/High-Availability environments:** Knowledge and experience working in mission-critical, failure-intolerant environments. Resilience is your middle name! * **Availability:** Flexibility to provide off-hours support when required. RHCSA certification or equivalent would be a plus. * **Monitoring:** Experience with monitoring tools to keep everything under control. * **Virtualization:** Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V). Expanding horizons! * **Hardening:** Knowledge of hardening practices to secure our systems. Fortifying security! * **ITIL:** Experience working within the ITIL framework.
