Position Summary: Implement, maintain, and optimize the IT Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27000, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Coordination and supervision of technical support team * **Requirements**: * Age 23 to 45 * **English: Advanced** * **Responsibilities**: * ● Implement, maintain, and optimize the IT Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27000 ● Develop and update policies, processes, and procedures aligned with ISO 27000 and the organization's internal guidelines. ● Ensure compliance with established policies, processes, and procedures. ● Manage and participate in internal and external IT audits. ● Monitor performance metrics, including % of technical support compliance, user satisfaction level, ISO 27000 audit compliance rate, among others. ● Document and keep IT processes and procedures up to date. ● Assist, supervise, and coordinate the technical support team. ● Promote continuous process improvement. ● Manage IT projects. ● Administer technological resources and IT assets to ensure service security and availability. ● Periodically report to management on the status of IT processes via official reports. ● Develop and deliver training focused on departmental processes and procedures. ● Design and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for IT equipment. ***Work Schedule Availability*** * **Minimum Required Experience:** 3 years in operational process management * **Knowledge in:** \- Document management \- ISO/IEC 27000 standard implementation \- IT auditing * **Degrees:** * Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Informatics, or related fields. * **Career Growth** * **Meal Vouchers** * **Punctuality and Attendance Bonus** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Meal vouchers Experience: * Maintenance: 2 years (Mandatory) * General maintenance: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
