Capable of conducting standard English conversations for English-language support. · Prior experience in social service/professional internships providing field support and/or maintenance for telecommunications equipment—especially wireless (optional: switches, routers, etc.) is desirable. · Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, data networks, and wireless technologies. · Customer interaction skills. · Effective communication skills. · Responsible and honest. · Process-oriented. · Ability to administer and configure equipment from brands including: CISCO, MERAKI, JUNIPER **Responsibilities:** · Specialized field telecommunications support. · Communication and coordination with the Support Coordinator regarding assignment, planning, execution, and closure of assigned cases/services. · Console-based connectivity to any telecommunications or computing equipment, and provision of remote access to personnel designated by Net CS to perform required tasks. · Installation, uninstallation, and/or preventive maintenance of any device related to the telecommunications network, such as: wireless equipment, routers, switches, modems, access points, disks, power supplies, fans, among others. · Monitoring and/or supervision of third-party vendors performing maintenance on telecommunications network circuits and local access providers where activities are being carried out. · Site surveys. · Clear documentation of all cases using the format and information required by Net CS and/or its clients. **What We Offer:** \- Opportunity to launch your professional career simply by meeting the profile requirements, within an innovative organization committed to supporting your professional training and growth. \- **Gross Monthly Salary:** Between $10,000 and $14,000 (based on experience) \+ Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (IMSS payroll coverage at 100%), transportation allowance (for service assignments) **Benefits:** · Savings fund contribution of 5% of gross monthly salary. · Monthly food vouchers: $1,000\.00 (One thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.). · 100% vacation bonus. · Annual Christmas bonus equivalent to 30 days of base ordinary salary. · Accidental death insurance coverage while at work: $250,000\.00 (Two hundred fifty thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.). · Funeral expense assistance to beneficiaries: $100,000\.00 (One hundred thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.). · Reimbursement of medical expenses arising from work-related accidents up to $30,000 (Thirty thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.). · Life insurance coverage: $100,000\.00 (One hundred thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.) · Discount card.
