Job stability and long-term projects. **Construction company experiencing growth seeks 2 Civil Works Residents (Maintenance and Renovation)** **Location:** Offices in Álvaro Obregón, CDMX \| Field supervision in CDMX and Metropolitan Area **Position Type:** Full-time \| On-site **Salary:** $16,000 monthly **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs \| Half-day on Saturdays **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** (**graduated**, mandatory) * Valid **Class A driver’s license** * Verifiable experience in **vehicle operation and transportation** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in **building maintenance and renovation** * Basic knowledge of **construction site safety and hygiene regulations** **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision and execution of on-site construction work * Coordination and leadership of fieldwork crews * Preparation and control of **construction scheduling** * Preparation of **progress reports, cost estimates, and progress tracking** * Control of materials, tools, and on-site activity compliance * Regular reporting of progress and resolution of field incidents * Management of routes and transportation to various locations across CDMX and the metropolitan area **Skills and Competencies** * Problem-solving in the field * Clear, consistent, and effective communication * Organization, order, and cleanliness in work processes * Capacity for planning and time management * Availability for frequent travel **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$16,000** * **Statutory benefits** * Job stability * Long-term projects and growth opportunities If you are interested, please share your profile with us.
