Job stability and professional development World leader in Oils and Lubricants seeks the following position for its staff: **"Finance Coordinator"** **Objective:** Validate revenue entries generated in the Company's ERP system related to customer payments and their corresponding bank transactions, to identify recording errors and prevent potential fraud. **Requirements:** * Gender: No preference. * Marital status: No preference. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (internship or graduate\-preferred). * Availability: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 08:00 to 15:00 hrs (remote). * Experience: Minimum verifiable 2 years in: Bank reconciliations, issuance of financial invoices, credit notes, audit support (internal and external), tax regulations, financial analysis, inventory management, SAT electronic invoicing (timbrados), fixed asset control and registration, depreciation and amortization, insurance and surety bonds, price list and promotion updates. * Competencies: Analytical thinking, adherence to policies and procedures, resilience, teamwork, results orientation, conflict resolution and negotiation. **We Offer:** * Direct employment with the company. * $20,000\.00 monthly (pre-tax). * Statutory and additional benefits: 13% savings fund contribution $2000\.00 monthly food vouchers Christmas bonus: 23 days Vacation days: as established by law Vacation premium: 43% Life insurance Annual bonus (based on performance evaluation results) * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
