We are currently seeking a **Line Cook B** for our **Satélite** location. **PUT ON YOUR FILIPINA AND JOIN THIS TEAM!!!!!!** **Requirements:** Ø Experience in traditional and **prestigious** kitchens Ø Handling of cold and hot line ingredients Ø Mastery of cutting techniques and cooking methods (grilling, sautéing) Ø Proficiency in consistently preparing meats, fish, seafood, or sauces to quality standards Ø Knowledge of cooking temperatures and times Ø Providing support to the chef and sous chef Ø Ability to work under pressure Ø Availability to rotate shifts (mandatory) Ø Conducting inventories and proper product rotation Ø Labeling, organizing, and refrigerating supplies **WE OFFER:** Ø Starting monthly salary of $10,000\. biweekly Ø Timely payments Ø Statutory benefits Ø Meals provided at the unit For reference, we are located near Chapultepec or Polanco Metro stations.
