Location: Near División del Norte metro station, CDMX Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Thursday), short Friday Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related fields (student or graduate) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge: Invoicing 4.0 Contpaqi Accounting and Commercial software Intermediate-to-advanced Excel Knowledge of tax requirements related to customer invoicing Treasury operations Functions and Responsibilities: Support in preparing and controlling electronic invoices and payment complements Manage accounts receivable, monitor balances, and follow up on pending payments Support timely follow-up on priorities defined by the area supervisor Treasury operations, payment management Knowledge of HSBC electronic banking (preferred) Customer portfolio reconciliation Prepare billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable reports Organize customer invoice archives Coordinate activities to ensure adherence to deadlines and regulations Customer service and follow-up We Offer: Gross salary of $11,000 to $13,000, depending on experience.
