Job Summary: Supports general facility maintenance by performing minor repairs, inspections, and responding to fault reports in common areas and offices. Key Responsibilities: 1. A leading company in the management of shopping centers and corporate real estate is seeking your talent—join our team as: **Maintenance Assistant.** Work Location: **Arcos Bosques Shopping Center – Cuajimalpa** Benefits: * Salary: $10,000 gross \+ statutory and above-statutory benefits * 30-day Christmas bonus * 35% vacation premium * Social security * 10% savings fund * Life insurance * Vacation days * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers * Uniforms * Savings box (optional) Responsibilities: * Support for periodic inspections of facilities. * Basic review of electrical systems (bulb replacement, switch and outlet inspection). * Review of plumbing installations (detection of simple leaks, valve adjustments). * Minor repairs (plastering, painting, hardware replacement). * Replacement of damaged basic components. * Response to fault reports in offices or common areas. * Support in furniture repair. * Support in air conditioning maintenance (filter cleaning). * Support in water pump inspection. * Support in lighting systems. * Painting work in common areas. * Basic ceiling, floor, or wall repair. * Door, window, and lock adjustments. Requirements: * Completed junior high school with certificate (mandatory) * Minimum 6 months of experience; recent graduates of technical programs in maintenance, electricity, engineering, or related fields. Schedule: Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week.
