Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to ensure compliance with human capital processes and manage the employee lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. Participates in onboarding activities and reporting At Total Play, we are looking for YOUR TALENT! **HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST** Objective: Ensure compliance with human capital processes according to established policies. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Economics or Administration * 2–3 years of experience in a similar role or responsibilities * Team leadership experience **SKILLS** * Proactive * Empathy and service-oriented attitude * Responsible and organized * Strong sense of urgency **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Recruitment and selection of personnel * Employee onboarding and offboarding * Preparation and administration of contracts and personnel files * Measurement of key indicators (Coverage and Turnover) * SAP system management * Handling of attendance incidents (absences, disabilities, Work-Related Risks) * Preparation of weekly/biweekly reports * Resolution of daily operational issues * Onboarding activities and team-building exercises * Administrative disciplinary actions **WE OFFER** * Monthly base salary of $19,000.00 MXN * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday work schedule * Life insurance **Alternate work locations: Agrícola Pantitlán, Iztacalco / Mitikah Tower, Coyoacán** **Work distribution: 80% office / 20% field** ***INTERESTED CANDIDATES MUST APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL***
