Human Resources Generalist** Work Location: On-site (near Antara) Salary: $17,000 net monthly Statutory benefits **What will you do?** You will be responsible for ensuring the daily operation of Human Resources, providing employee support, and strengthening the organizational climate. \- Personnel administration (attendance issues: absences, tardiness, vacations, medical leaves, and permissions) \- Payroll preparation \- Hiring processes and personnel file creation \- Employee onboarding process \- Final settlement disbursement and separation procedures \- Employee support and labor relations \- Resolution of labor conflicts \- Coordination of onboarding activities (birthdays, work anniversaries, internal events) \- Organization of events and promotion of organizational culture \- Support in training and organizational development **What are we looking for?** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2\-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist Experience in labor relations and employee separations Payroll preparation experience Excellent communication, organization, and service-oriented attitude **Key Competencies** Proactivity \| Empathy \| Organization \| Conflict resolution \| Results orientation **Interested?
