Your mission will be to find the optometrists, advisors, and managers who make magic happen at the point of sale—and who resonate with our culture. If that sounds like your thing, this vacancy is for you. **What You’ll Do Here (Your Mission):** * Post on multiple sources (job boards) and filter swiftly to fill our vacancies at record speed. * Execute recruitment for store roles (sales advisors, store managers) and technical roles (optometrists). * Conduct competency-based interviews and technical screenings to ensure candidates have both the right “vibe” and required knowledge. * Coordinate schedules with Regional and Store Managers, providing timely follow-up. * Your goal is for every candidate to love their hiring experience—ensuring no one gets stuck on "read," even during high-volume hiring. * Maintain our database and ATS up to date, ensuring the status of every position is always current. * Use KPIs to measure our performance. **What You Need:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting for Retail, Sales, or High-Volume roles. Experience in optics (optometrists/refractors)?
