Experience in technical surveys and proposals **Job Objective:** Provide technical-commercial support to the sales department by analyzing customer needs and designing viable technical solutions that ensure successful project closures, guaranteeing profitability and compliance with specifications. **Academic Qualifications** * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Technical certifications related to the industry (networks, fiber optics, infrastructure, security, etc.) are desirable. **Experience** * 2 to 5 years in similar positions (pre-sales, project engineering, technical support). * Experience in technical surveys. * Preparation of technical-economic proposals. * Direct interaction with corporate clients. **Technical Knowledge** * Design of technological solutions (as applicable to the industry: networks, telecommunications, infrastructure, etc.). * Preparation of technical diagrams and documentation. * Cost and budget analysis. * Reading and interpretation of blueprints. * Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, and advanced Excel. * Applicable technical regulations. **Key Competencies** * Effective communication. * Consultative approach. * Analytical ability. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Technical negotiation. * Organization and time management. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct on-site technical surveys. * Identify customer needs and translate them into technical solutions. * Prepare technical and economic proposals. * Support the commercial team in presentations and technical clarifications. * Coordinate with operations to validate feasibility. * Participate in technical meetings with clients. * Monitor projects during the startup phase when required. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Project closure rate. * Proposal delivery time. * Profitability margin. * Customer satisfaction level.
