**Responsibilities:** Job Responsibilities 1\. Responsible for process debugging of each optical cable product production process 2\. Responsible for preparation and implementation of process documents, such as technical requirements, process cards, process control requirements, production operational specifications, etc. 3\. Responsible for on-site process discipline management, conducting daily process quality inspections and feedback, and eliminating hidden accident hazards. 4\. Responsible for handling product quality incidents or hidden hazards in each process, reporting issues promptly and implementing corrective actions. 5\. Responsible for tracking key orders and sample orders. 6\. Responsible for daily mold room management, including mold storage, mold inspection and scrapping, mold purchase requests, etc., and participating in mold design. 7\. Participate in departmental technological innovation, process improvement, efficiency enhancement, cost reduction, quality improvement, raw material development, introduction and debugging. 8\. Participate in the promotion of departmental R\+D projects and be responsible for project product development and debugging, project data collection. 9\.
