We are currently seeking: **Procurement Analyst with Technology Expertise** (Professionally certified in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Technologies, or related fields.) **Job Objective:** Execute and optimize procurement processes for goods and services—particularly those related to technology (hardware, software, IT services)—ensuring compliance with technical, administrative, and financial requirements, in accordance with company guidelines and policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Procurement Management: Analyze procurement needs in coordination with requesting departments. * Prepare, manage, and track purchase orders. * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with national and international suppliers. * Technology Focus: Cisco, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, IBM, Dell, HP, Kaspersky, Symantec, etc. * Procurement of infrastructure, structured cabling, routers, switches, CCTV, air conditioning units, optical fiber, voice and data systems, etc. * Stay updated on technological trends that may impact procurement strategy. * Use of Technological Tools: Utilize ERP systems and digital platforms for procurement management. * Control and Tracking: Coordinate with Accounting and Finance departments to ensure timely receipt and payment. * Update supplier databases and product catalogs. * Coordinate purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines. * Proactivity, accountability, and collaborative teamwork. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within IT or technology solutions companies. * Supplier management and negotiation skills. * Experience using ERP systems. * Intermediate knowledge of IT infrastructure, software licensing, hardware, and cloud-based services. * Advanced Excel proficiency. **Skills:** Negotiation, results-oriented mindset, strategic thinking, accountability and ethics, openness to change, decision-making. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Experience: * IT Procurement Analyst: 3 years (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
