Responsibilities: * Support the integration process of new executives and underperforming team members. * Provide consistent feedback focused on performance improvement, reinforcing negotiation techniques. * Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions. * Provide guidance and follow-up to achieve favorable results. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in training. Knowledge of training and feedback techniques. Ability to identify performance improvement opportunities among employees.
