Wound dressing and insertion/maintenance of catheters/urinary catheters **Join Grupo Serbitec!** We are a fully established home care company with over 20 years of experience delivering professional nursing services at patients' homes. **IMMEDIATE HIRING!** **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with official license and registration **(Mandatory)** * Availability to work rotating shifts of **8, 12, and 24 hours** **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year providing in-home patient care. * Performing wound dressings. * Insertion and maintenance of catheters and urinary catheters, including related care. * Compliance with Mexican Official Standards (NOMs). * Implementation of essential patient safety actions. * Care for pediatric and neonatal patients. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Patient health assessment and diagnosis to reinforce the care plan. * General Care: Sponge or shower bathing, feeding assistance, mobilization techniques, medication administration, pressure ulcer prevention, wound care, fluid balance monitoring. * Completion of nursing documentation forms. * Evaluation of the care plan. **If you are interested, apply now!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,400.00 – $17,200.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract Experience: * In-home nursing care: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
