Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Nursing Supervisor to strengthen our hospital group by resolving conflicts and identifying areas for improvement within the team. We are looking for our next **Nursing Supervisor** * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with official degree and professional license * Prior experience in this position for at least 1 year: resolving conflicts arising during shifts; identifying opportunities for improvement within the team to prevent errors in patient care and safety; shift scheduling, on-call assignments, leave requests, vacation planning, payroll pre-review, training, and updates. * Immediate availability to start BENEFITS * Two available shifts: **Afternoon shift**, Monday to Sunday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with mid-week days off; and **Night Shift B**, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and one Sunday every fifteen days, from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. * Monthly gross salary: $13,000.00 * Monthly attendance and punctuality bonus: $400.00 * Monthly transportation allowance: 5% * Statutory benefits: IMSS, bi-weekly payments, vacation time, year-end bonus, etc. * Work location: Near Coyoacán metro station Apply through this channel and we will contact you shortly to schedule an interview.
