Technical Assistant A technical assistant is a medical services advisor specialized in surgery, vascular, and oncology portfolios, ensuring proper use of medical supplies; knows surgical scheduling to report to the account executive, ensuring necessary supplies are available for surgeries.**Job Description** =================== **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Ensures medical supplies are available for surgeries. * Ensures the distributor/integrator has required endourology procedure supplies prior to surgery. * Ensures the urologist has required supplies for the patient’s procedure. * Serves as the contact point between physicians and suppliers. * Informs surgeons about available product portfolios suitable for urological procedures. * Visits hospital areas to generate demand. * Develops a monthly schedule specifying visits and activities according to assigned territory and area. * Reports and delivers records of completed visits in SFDC. * Promotes products among all urologists performing endourology procedures, as well as closed-system catheterization systems for bladder catheterization, across assigned hospitals. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. GRADUATED. * Prior experience in technical support within the medical sector. * Experience in hemodynamics labs. * Solid knowledge of medical equipment (vascular). * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Standard driver’s license/automobile driving license.
