Additionally, responsible for master data administration, ensuring accuracy and updating of critical information for proper commercial and logistical management of the assortment. Participates in commercial and opening committees, facing challenges such as agile planogram updates, change management in stores, and alignment between strategy and execution. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering; specialization in Category Management. 5 years of experience in retail companies, preferably in home improvement chains or similar formats. 5 years in leadership roles related to layout, assortment, or visual merchandising.
