Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Architecture, Design, or related field. **Ideal Candidate:** * Active prospect and client portfolio. * Excellent personal presentation. * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. * English proficiency preferred. * Empathetic and proactive. * Results-oriented. * Organized. **Responsibilities:** * Achieve company-assigned sales targets. * Execute and report on the sales strategy plan. * Follow up with clients, quotations, and sales. * Protect and expand the company’s client portfolio. * Negotiate and close sales. * Provide personalized advisory services. **Knowledge & Skills:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture sales (preferably kitchens, bathrooms, home finishes, construction). * Strong verbal communication skills. * Time management skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * CRM usage, customer retention strategies, and after-sales support. * Long-term relationship focus, detail-oriented, and service-driven. * Preferred: Proficiency in design tools and Microsoft Office. **Commission structure based on tiered sales performance** Salary: $17,500\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
