Strong leadership ability and results-oriented mindset **Operations Manager** At Aloja, we are seeking an Operations Manager with strong leadership ability, a results-oriented mindset, and experience managing operational and commercial teams within the hospitality industry. **Job Objective** Lead and oversee the comprehensive operations of the Consulting, OTAs, and Revenue departments, ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence, KPI compliance, and sustainable growth in client retention and revenue. **Key Responsibilities** * Operational management * Client retention and growth * Team leadership * Revenue & OTAs performance * Strategic coordination **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, customer success, hospitality, or account management. * Experience leading teams. * OTA, Revenue Management, and Hotel Management Systems experience is desirable. * Proficiency in Google Workspace.
