Key responsibilities in prospecting and customer management Due to the expansion of our operations, EQUIPO DE PRUEBAS SA DE CV is seeking Sales Engineers \- Experience: Minimum 2 years as Maintenance Engineer or Service Engineer. \- Minimum Education: Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field. \- Willingness to travel, ability to drive a car, and valid driver's license. \- Prospecting and visiting clients; preparing quotations. \- Impeccable writing and spelling skills. We offer: \- Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, hybrid work model. \- Work location: Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico. \- Base salary \+ commissions, starting at approximately MXN 20,000 per month. \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. \* 100% IMSS contributions \* 30-day year-end bonus \* 12 days of vacation from the first year of employment \* 100% vacation premium \- Work tools (vehicle, travel allowances, mobile phone, laptop, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
