At Polylico, we are a Mexican company specializing in the manufacturing of polyethylene film and flexible packaging. We are currently in a phase of growth, professionalization, and institutionalization of our operations; therefore, we seek to integrate a strategic, execution-oriented Human Resources leader.
Position
**Generalist Human Resources Manager**
We seek a candidate with strong experience in both HR operations and strategy—capable of structuring processes, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting the growth of an expanding industrial company.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Human Resources department comprehensively.
* Design and implement HR processes for:
* Recruitment and selection
* Training
* Performance evaluations
* Organizational development
* Compensation and benefits
* Labor relations
* Internal communication
* Professionalize HR policies and procedures.
* Monitor key HR metrics: turnover, absenteeism, productivity, and workplace climate.
* Coordinate talent attraction and retention strategies for operational, technical, and administrative staff.
* Supervise payroll incidents and personnel administration.
* Manage labor relations and conflict resolution.
* Promote an organizational culture oriented toward results, operational discipline, and teamwork.
* Serve as a strategic link between senior management and operations.
Required Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR leadership roles.
* Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is preferred.
* Solid knowledge of:
* Federal Labor Law (LFT)
* Labor relations
* Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS)
* Disciplinary procedures
* Operational and administrative recruitment
* Experience building organizational structure and order.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Execution-oriented, practical profile with a strong sense of urgency.
* Experience in fast-growing or organizationally transforming environments is preferred.
