We are looking for:**\*Branch Manager\*** **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary with biweekly payments * Statutory benefits from day one * Uniforms * Paid training * Additional brand-related benefits * Career development and growth plans * Direct employment with the company **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise proper opening and/or closing of the branch * Coordinate staff during assigned shifts * Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene across all areas * Supervise correct preparation and delivery of products * Provide operational support during peak demand * Handle customer complaints, inquiries, or requests * Drive sales and execution of current promotions * Perform cash counts, cash register closing, and cash control * Report operational incidents to management * Ensure compliance with established policies and standards **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field \- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position \- Customer service orientation and initiative \- Extroverted personality \- Availability to rotate shifts Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $11,500\.77 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Employee discount * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
