You’ll lead by example, uphold standards, and play a key role in team development. You’ll work closely with the Site Leader and District Leader to execute initiatives and continuously improve operations. **Most importantly:** This role is designed for rapid growth. **You can advance to Site Leader in \~less than 12 months**, based on your performance, KPI achievement, and leadership capabilities. * **What You’ll Do** * Supervise daily cafeteria operations, ensuring efficiency and order * Lead and motivate your team during shift, fostering a positive environment * Ensure complete and correct onboarding of new hires * Maintain beverage and service quality standards * Manage inventory and orders in coordination with leadership * Execute and supervise cash handling (transactions, cash drops, openings, and closings) * Resolve operational issues and customer service matters in real time * Support store administration (scheduling, ordering, organization) * Be an ambassador for Sede Café’s culture and standards ### **Your Challenges** * Consistently maintain operational excellence across every shift * Ensure accurate and timely information flow between team and leadership * Execute business initiatives on time and as planned * Develop quickly to lead an entire site ### **What We’re Looking For** * Experience leading teams in coffee or food service * (Ideal: supervisor, assistant manager, or similar role) * Solid knowledge of coffee and service processes * Strong communication and customer service skills * Proficiency in numerical tasks (cash handling, inventory, ordering) * Operational KPI management experience * Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and results orientation * Proficiency in Office / Drive * Flexible availability and mobility across locations Location: Bosques de Duraznos (reside within 1 hour) ### **What You’ll Gain** * Growth path: **Supervisor → Site Leader** * Leadership, operations, and KPI management development * Experience with a rapidly expanding brand * A dynamic, young, and energetic team A genuine opportunity to grow quickly If you’re ready to level up and lead a site in a short time, **we want to meet you.** ✨
