




Position Summary: Support the preparation and production of beverages, conduct inventories, maintain a clean bar area, and possess knowledge of the beverage and wine menu while managing promotions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Essential support at the bar and preparation of various beverages. 2. Inventory management and preparation of beverage supplies. 3. Handling promotions and knowledge of the beverage and wine menu. Minimum Experience: 1 year or more in bartending/basic or traditional mixology; inventory tracking by case, ounce, and bottle; knowledge of red and white wines. General Duties: Assist the bar supervisor in preparing and serving beverages requested by waitstaff or customers seated at the bar; prepare coffee; conduct and compile inventories; maintain a clean bar area; prepare beverage supplies. Assume responsibility for the bar during the bar manager’s or assistant bar manager’s break. Know the beverage and wine menu; prepare cocktails; manage bar promotions. Rotating Shifts: 10:00–18:00 and 14:00–closing. Monday through Sunday, with a mid-week day off. Starting Salary: Biweekly payment. Weekly tips. Contract duration: 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, then indefinite contract after one year of service. Statutory benefits, staff meals, and uniforms provided. A service trial is conducted to determine the starting salary based on experience.
