Active participation in improving security processes **ZAPATA ///** **Company with 69 years of experience in the automotive market, certified by “Great Place to Work”.** **FORD ZONA ESMERALDA** **Seeking:** **SECURITY MANAGER.** **Purpose:** On-site supervision of security personnel, as well as identification of security processes to be implemented according to operational requirements. **Requirements:** * **Age:** Over 23 years old. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (incomplete) or related field. * **Location:** Ford Zona Esmeralda * **Experience:** 10 years as Security Manager. * **Specific knowledge:** Security company. * **Driver’s license:** Valid and mandatory. * **Willingness to travel:** Yes. **Skills / Competencies:** * On-site and remote supervision of surveillance personnel * Mastery of security processes * Use of security systems (CCTV) * Completion of patrol logs * Reporting incidents and timely escalation **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision of schedules, patrols, and activities of internal and external surveillance personnel. * Reporting absenteeism and incidents involving surveillance personnel * Reviewing functionality of security systems (cameras, monitors, etc.) * Reporting on-site security risk findings * Reporting office handover procedures (office condition at start and end of operations: monitors powered on, open drawers visible, etc.) * Reviewing civil protection processes, including documentation status, fire extinguisher expiration dates, and placement * Supporting external audits regarding security and civil protection controls * Verifying compliance with security control processes * Proposing updates to security processes aligned with the agency’s operations.
