We value your talent and effort; we offer an attractive salary **ZAPATA ///** **Company with 69 years of experience in the automotive market, certified by “Great Place to Work”.** **FORD ZONA ESMERALDA** **Hiring for:** **SECURITY MANAGER.** **Purpose:** On-site supervision of security personnel, as well as identification of security processes that must be implemented according to operational requirements. **Requirements:** **\-Age:** Over 23 years old. **\-Education:** Incomplete bachelor’s degree or related field. **\-Location:** Ford Zona Esmeralda **\-Experience:** 10 years as Security Manager. **\-Specific knowledge:** Security company. **\-Driver’s license:** Valid and mandatory. **\-Willingness to travel:** Yes. **Skills / Competencies:** · On-site and remote supervision of surveillance personnel · Mastery of security processes · Use of security systems (CCTV) · Completion of patrol report forms · Reporting incidents and timely escalation **Main Responsibilities:** · Supervision of schedules, patrols, and activities of internal and external surveillance personnel. · Reporting absenteeism and incidents involving surveillance personnel · Reviewing functionality of security systems (cameras, monitors, etc.) · Reporting on-site security risk findings · Reporting office handover and takeover (office condition at start and end of operations: monitors powered on, open drawers visible, etc.) · Reviewing civil protection procedures, including documentation status, expiration dates, and placement of fire extinguishers · Supporting external audits regarding security and civil protection controls · Verifying compliance with security control procedures · Proposing updates to security procedures aligned with dealership operations.
