Development of strong client relationships Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Project Manager IT **Requirements** Desirable but not mandatory: * **MBA**. * **Business Intelligence**. * Proficiency in project management tools such as: **Jira, ClickUP, Monday, Trello**. * **Project management certifications**. **Mandatory** * Certification in **PMI, SCRUM, or PMP**. * Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (**Waterfall, Agile Scrum**). * Experience with **ERP/CRM** systems. * Proficiency in collaboration tools (**WebEx, Teams, Google Meet**). * Advanced proficiency in Office Suite, Excel, and Microsoft Project. * Fundamental knowledge of services based on **Cisco technology**. * Personnel management experience. * High-level ability to build strong client relationships. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in this role (mandatory). * Experience managing **IT projects**. * **3 to 5 years** of experience in **Managed Services** (optional). * **3 to 5 years** of experience as a **Service Delivery Manager** (desirable). * **3 to 5 years** of experience with **ITIL v3/v4\.** (optional). * **2 to 3 years** of experience in financial management of projects. **We Offer:** * 100% payroll employment scheme. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:30 hrs. * Work location: Col.
