We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about customer service, enjoys supporting clients and tenants, and is highly organized with strong multitasking skills to support the responsibilities of this role. **Salary:** $1,000 \- $1,300 USD (monthly) **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Advertise vacant units, screen tenants, and manage lease agreements. * Answer inquiries about units available for lease and set up viewings * Schedule and document property inspections, ensuring maintenance and safety compliance. * Address tenant inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. * Coordinate repairs, obtain quotes, and oversee quality. * Rent collection, delinquency follow\-up, manage budgets, and process expenses. * Ensure lease compliance, resolve disputes, and handle legal actions if necessary. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and tenant communications.
