




***Specialty:*** Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration, Communication or related field. ***Complementary knowledge:*** \* Training, verbal fluency, group facilitation skills. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. \* Proficiency in video editing software. \* Proficiency in Zoom, Meet, Meeting, Skype, and other similar platforms. ***Job Mission:*** Plan and implement training, professional development, and specialization initiatives for Alerta Group personnel to strengthen and enhance their knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values—thereby supporting optimal performance of their assigned responsibilities. ***Key Responsibilities:*** \* Identify training needs in coordination with the immediate supervisor and/or Head of Human Capital, using the Training Needs Assessment tool. \* Implement the Annual Training Plan, acting directly as an internal trainer (instructor) for non-specialized training activities, managing assigned training actions from content development through logistical execution. \* Maintain a centralized record of training activities in coordination with Human Capital Managers to monitor compliance with the Annual Training Plan, and ensure timely registration of all training activities in the Corporate Training Registration System to fulfill legal compliance requirements. \* Conduct reaction, learning, and results-impact evaluations for implemented training activities. \* Evaluate and propose external training providers for specialized training services, based on feasibility studies aimed at securing optimal quality (training content, instructor or provider experience and credentials), cost, and benefit. Willingness to travel regularly.
