**Job Opening: Human Resources Manager** -------------------------------------------- **Location:** Monterrey, Nuevo León **Work Mode:** On-site **Willingness to Travel:** * Oaxaca: Once per month * Monterrey Branches: Two visits per week ### **Job Purpose** Lead the creation, structuring, and consolidation of the **Human Resources and Human Capital** department, aligning HR processes with business strategy and ensuring efficient, standardized, and results-oriented operations across all branches.
