Position: Accounting Director – On-site in Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico. Are you a strategic leader with experience in accounting and tax management? We are seeking an **Accounting Director** to lead the group’s financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and generating reliable information to support senior management decision-making. **Hybrid employment arrangement** Key responsibilities * Define and lead the group’s accounting strategy, aligned with current standards. * Supervise monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring accuracy and reliability. * Establish and oversee the tax strategy, guaranteeing full compliance with tax obligations. * Design and strengthen the internal control framework and risk management processes. * Lead, evaluate, and develop the accounting and tax team (over 20 people). * Consolidate and present financial information to support strategic decisions. * Concurrently manage over 100 legal entities. * Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as authority reviews. Required profile * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant (mandatory). * Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managerial roles within accounting and tax departments. * Proven experience as Accounting Director (5 years) and Accounting Manager (4 years). * Advanced knowledge of accounting and tax regulations (NIF, CFF, ISR, VAT). * Advanced proficiency in accounting ERP systems and financial software (CONTPAQ). * Advanced Excel skills and expertise in financial reporting. * Competencies: leadership, strategic vision, decision-making, results orientation, innovation, and financial management.
