Position: Store Leader / Store Manager ***What Are We Looking For?*** * Completed high school diploma (minimum) Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role as Store Leader/Manager: * Personnel management * Cash handling * Cash reconciliations and value handovers * Store performance indicators and operations (shrinkage, sales, inventory turnover) * Customer service * Inventory control **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise proper store operations * Lead and coordinate the work team * Ensure proper merchandise display and organization * Drive product sales * Perform store opening or closing procedures * Manage cash and inventory * Deliver excellent customer service **We Offer** * Competitive salary of $16,000 to $18,000 depending on experience (base salary \+ bonuses) * Monthly productivity bonus * Statutory benefits * Additional bonuses * Ongoing training * Opportunity for professional growth and development Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with a weekday day off. **Work Location** * **SAN FERNANDO, NAUCALPAN.** Develop your talent, lead a great team, and grow with us!
