Delivering the best guest service experience (service sequence, suggestive selling). Handling food and beverage items (preparation time and presentation). Responsible for the unit and performing the Manager’s duties in their absence (identify, prevent, and resolve issues). Supervising team members to ensure effective performance aligned with established standards. Excellent service attitude, especially during peak hours. Conducting end-of-day closing procedures for the unit. Availability for flexible working hours and willingness to commute within CDMX.
