Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper management of revenue and customer receivables. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and resolution of problems in planning and effective communication. Pemex and G\-500 Gasoline Station Franchise Group is seeking an **Accounting Manager**. **Responsibilities**: * Invoicing and regulatory compliance with SAT, IMSS, and tax authorities. * Supervise reconciliation of revenue from various payment methods. * Coordinate and ensure collection and control of customer receivables. * Ensure proper control of deposits, bank credits, and withholdings. * Monitor cash flow related to revenue. * Coordinate and supervise the departmental team. * Ensure accurate revenue consolidation for monthly financial closings. * Supervise electronic invoicing and global invoicing processes. * Address requests and inquiries from external accounting firms regarding sales and inventory. * Implement and strengthen internal controls over revenue and cash handling. **Requirements:** * 3 years of experience as a Manager. * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. * Intermediate\-Advanced Excel proficiency. * Analytical skills, problem-solving, planning, organization, negotiation, and effective communication.
