Develop courses and consultations for clients Description Beauty Art, a distributor of premium beauty brands with 25 years in the market, is hiring an Educator for its Stylist Educator team at its office located in Benito Juárez, CDMX, due to expansion. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position. * **Specific Knowledge and Skills:** Advanced knowledge in Hairdressing. * Advanced knowledge in Colorimetry. * Advanced knowledge in Trichology. * High school diploma (in progress or completed) **Job Objective:** To educate and train beauty professionals with high-quality content, sharing Wella Professionals’ correct knowledge, methodologies, and protocols to achieve company growth and objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Understand and convey Wella Professionals’ knowledge, methodologies, and protocols to professionals purchasing our brands. * Prepare and deliver courses, consultations, and new initiatives for clients. * Conduct training courses both in-studio and in salons, as well as on out-of-town trips with distributors. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** · Gross monthly salary between $14,000 \- $15,000\. · Weekly payments. · Statutory benefits from day one. · Discounts. · Parking.
